Substation App

We designed a mobile app and web dashboard to modernize an electric company’s process for storm reporting. The mobile app provides field technicians with an electronic assessment form that they complete for substations after a storm. Once assessments have been completed, storm center employees review the reports from the web dashboard and determine whether action is needed. The dashboard also provides a method for storm center employees to assign substations to technicians.
