VT Cares

Vermont CARES, the largest AIDS service organization in the state of Vermont, sends a van to a handful of locations to provide care and assistance. We developed an app – for Android and iOS – that allows clients to see the van’s current location, receive notifications when it’s in their region, anonymously contact Vermont CARES staff to request services, and access video resources.
